GTS A Serengeti Safari (Budget Camping): 5nights/ 6days Manyara/ Serengeti/ Ngorongoro

Day 1:
The tour starts with lunch in Arusha town at 1230hrs. 1330hrs, drive to Lake Manyara. Enjoy an evening game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree
climbing lions, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. Dinner and overnight at a campsite in Mto wa Mbu.

Day 2:
Depart to Serengeti National Park with picnic lunches. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. Dinner and overnight under tents in the Serengeti

Day 3:
Spend a full day of game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. Meals and overnight under tents in the Serengeti

Day 4:
Drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area via Olduvai Gorge, the site of Louis and Mary Leakey’s renowned archaeological discoveries. Their findings include some of the man’s earliest known
ancestral remains. Picnic lunches will be served at the Gorge. Proceed driving to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Dinner and overnight at Simba campsite.

Day 5:
Today you will descend 2000 feet (0ver 600 meters) to the floor of the crater for a half day crater tour. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. Afternoon return to the camp for lunch. After lunch, drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight under tents.

Day 6:
After breakfast, drive back to Arusha. Lunch in Arusha
 
GTS B The Cheetah’s Camping. (Budget Camping): 6nights/ 7days Manyara/Ngorongoro/Serengeti/Tarangire

Day 1:

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park for an afternoon of game viewing with picnic lunches. Lesser kudu, eland, lion and gerenuk can be found in this beautiful park, noted for its multitude of baobab trees and its tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at the camp

Day 7:
After breakfast return to Arusha. Lunch at a restaurant.

If using campsite outside the parks on Day 1, Day 5 and Day 7 – Reduction, per person US$ 50
 
GTS C The Rhino’s Camping. (Budget Camping) 3nights/ 4days Ngorongoro/ Manyara

Day 1:
The tour starts with lunch in Arusha town at 1230hrs. 1400hrs, drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight under the tent

Day 2:
Today you will collect picnic lunches and drive to Ngorongoro crater, proceed descending 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the crater for a half day crater tour. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. Dinner and overnight under the tent

Day 3:
After breakfast at the camp, you will drive to Lake Manyara with picnic lunches. Enjoy a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions,
flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. Dinner and overnight at a campsite in Mto wa Mbu

Day 4:
After breakfast return to Arusha. Lunch at a restaurant.
 
GTS D The Maasai Camping (Mobile Standard Camping): 6nights/ 7days Manyara, Serengeti & Ngorongoro

Day 1:

Day 2:
Breakfast at the lodge, followed by a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. Lunch at the lodge. After lunch, drive back to Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight at the mobile camp.

D 3+4:
Spend two full days of game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. Meals and overnight at the camp

Day 5:

D 5+6:

Day 3:
After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara. Afternoon game drive in the Lake Manyara National Park. Dinner and overnight at Kirurumu Tented Lodge

Day 4:
Collect picnic lunches and drive to Lake Eyasi, which is a mildly alkaline lake about 50km in length. The meadows along the shores of the lake are home to leopards, hippos, various monkeys and birds. Lake Eyasi offers excellent views of the Rift Valley escarpment and is an ideal destination for relaxing and bird-watching. Dinner and overnight at the camp

Day 5:
Depart for some Cultural visits in the area. Among other places, you will visit the Datoga pastoralists and members of the Hadzabe tribe. The Hadzabe are one of two remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in Tanzania. There are approximately 1500 families left in this tribe. Lunch will be served at the camp. Late in the afternoon, drive to Karatu. Dinner and overnight at Kifaru Lodge

Day 6:
Depart to Serengeti National Park with picnic lunches. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. Dinner and overnight under tents in the Serengeti

D 7+8:
Spend two full days of game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. Meals and overnight under tents
